Richard, Matt and the team were engaged to undertake remedial and renovation works to our apartment after we were experiencing substantial water ingress issues. From the first meeting they were committed to finding an effective solution to the problem which was causing significant damage to the inside of our home. Richard explained to us in detail the cause and path forward. There has been no ingress since they completed the works, and a recent third party inspection of apartment complex confirmed the effectiveness of the work with no water or moisture present. We continued working with Sydneyside Contracting to undertake extensive renovations to the interior and terraces of our apartment. While building work can be stressful, they were in constant communication, providing advice and recommendations on options. Richard and his team have exceptional attention to detail and delivered outstanding quality work. We are delighted with the results and would highly recommend Sydneyside Contracting.
